Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to T Seven (a trading name of Krucx Technologies Limited) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. This policy explains how cancellations are handled.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched:

  • You are eligible for a full refund if the order has not yet left our warehouse
  • You must contact us immediately to request cancellation

How to cancel:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to our courier:

  • We are unable to stop delivery
  • The order must be treated as a return once received

In this case:

  • You must accept delivery
  • Then follow our Refund & Returns Policy
  • Return shipping costs may apply for change-of-mind returns

3. Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Law)

In accordance with UK law, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receiving your goods.

    This cooling-off period:

    • Starts the day you receive your order
    • Requires you to notify us of cancellation
    • Requires items to be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

    4. Custom or Personalized Orders

    Custom-made or personalized items:

    • Cannot be cancelled once production has started
    • Are made specifically to your requirements
    • Cannot be resold

    Please ensure all details are correct before placing such orders.

    5. Incorrect Shipping Information

    If cancellation is requested due to incorrect address details:

    • If caught before dispatch → we will amend or cancel free of charge
    • If already dispatched and returned → refund will be issued minus original shipping costs

    6. Refund Processing

    Where applicable:

    • Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
    • Bank processing times may take 5–10 business days
