This policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations, in line with UK consumer protection laws.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Certain items may be exempt from return due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return cost or offer an appropriate solution
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund at no additional cost
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please note: It may take 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds unless faulty:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Special-order products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Items returned used, damaged (not due to transit), or incomplete
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
- Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard returns process
