  • Delivery Area: We currently ship within the United Kingdom only
  • Shipping Origin: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Doncaster, United Kingdom
  • Currency: All prices are displayed in GBP (£)
  • VAT: Product prices and shipping costs include VAT unless otherwise stated

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT), London
  • Orders placed before the cut-off time are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/bank holidays, are processed the next business day

Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays)

4. Delivery Terms & Carriers

We use trusted UK courier services, including:

  • Evri
  • FedEx
  • Royal Mail

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available).

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We only deliver within the United Kingdom
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Some oversized items may have delivery restrictions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout

6. Managing Your Order

Change of Address

We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the shipping process. If you no longer require the item, please follow our Refund & Returns Policy after delivery.

Damaged Parcels

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging
